Widget Use

Renders the actual Flyer Creator interface and determines preferences such as Profit Calculation method and the ability to override addresses. This widget also allows you to customise the various button and field labels on the Flyer Creator page.

A semicolon-separated list of ribbon names that the customer can select from.

Enable Inc Or Ex GST Selection

Determines whether the "all prices include/exclude GST" message is displayed on the flyer. The flag to nominate Inc/Ex is displayed at flyer setup.

Enable Was Price

Determines whether a field for the "was" price is available for the customer to set the previous price of each product.

Profit Calculation

Determines the method of profit calculation for all products on the flyer.

  • Margin - the value of sales less the cost of goods. Example: If you bought goods for $70 and then onsold them for $100, you'd make 30% margin.
  • Markup - the amount added to the cost price in order to arrive at the sale price. Example: If you bought goods for $70 and then marked them up by 30%, you'd sell them for $91. If you wanted to sell the goods for $100, you'd need a 42.9% markup.

Other Widgets

  • Page:
    Account Payment Detail Widget Renders the payment detail information in the body of the various Account Payment confirmation emails. Information includes (but is not limited to) the order number, account number, invoice, and amount paid.
  • Page:
    Dashboard Recent Invoices Widget — Displays the logged in user's 5 most recent invoices, with a link to each invoice in detail, as well as a 'View All' option.

    Dashboard Account Status Widget — Displays a list of the user's customer account status, including balance owing and payment terms, as well as links to statements and the account payment page.
