|Layer||The layer the widget is valid for.|
The layering technology allows for the content to be shown to specific audiences.
This is handy if the content is only valid for a certain type of user, or if the same widget is required for more than one audience, but different configuration is needed.
The widget can be added to the zone more than once and the layer feature can determine which audience can see each widget.

|Questionnaire Code||The set of questionnaire fields to be displayed. This drop-down list is populated with questionnaires from Questionnaire Maintenance.||3.78|

|Send to End User||When enabled, sends a copy of the completed questionnaire to the user who submitted it.||Default is:|
|Email Subject||The subject line of the email.||3.78|

|Redirect Route||The URL the user will be redirected to on successful form submission.||3.78|

|Allow Multiple Upload Files||Determines whether multiple files can be uploaded to one form. If disabled, only one file upload will be accepted.|
