Assign a PDF to multiple products

If the nature of your business means you've got multiple products that share the same PDF document (perhaps a brochure or material safety data sheet), you can assign one file to many product codes.

This will not only save on data storage, but allow you to update the document once in the event of an update, instead of creating and uploading a new file for every affected product.

Step-by-step guide

Add the steps involved:

  1. Have your CSV file ready. If you'd like a template that you can  In the CMS, navigate to Products & Categories → Product Document Import.
  2. You'll want to have your import file ready. If you need, there's a template available for you to use on this Import page.
