Overview

The default customer for a User is the initial customer account that the User will be attached to when logging in. 

This article details how to modify that default account code.

Step-by-step guide

To Change the Default Customer Code for a User:

  1. Login as an Administrator.
  2. Navigate to 'Accounts' --> 'User Maintenance' (/zUsers.aspx).
  3. Search for the required User.
  4. Select the record via radio button.
  5. Click 'Change Default Customer'.
  6. The system will display the current Customer Code; enter the new Customer Code.
  7. Click 'Save'.
