The cart can contain blank lines allowing the user to enter multiple codes in fast order entry mode. This can be turned on or off at a role or system level. The number of lines that show can be shown set at a user level.

Step-by-step guide
To set - up Entry by Stock Code at as a the System default level:
- Login as administratorGo to "Settings"an Administrator.
- Navigate to 'Settings'.
- Under the "the 'Functionality in Use"' area, select update the flag "flag 'Order Entry by Stock Code" to ' to turn the functionality ON or OFF.
To set - up Entry by Stock Code for a at the Role level:
- Login as administratoran Administrator.
- Go Navigate to "Accounts" and then "Role Management"'Accounts' --> 'Role Management'.
- Select the role you wish to maintain.
- Select the "Functions" tab
- Modify the table and select the flag "required role; the 'Role Details' tab will load.
- Click the 'Functions' tab.
- Click 'Modify' and update the flag 'Enable Order Entry by Stock Code" to ' to turn the functionality ON or OFF (YES or NO).

If either the Role Setting or the Global Setting is set to 'Yes', then the order Fast Order Entry lines will appear. Therefore, if you only want to turn off for the function should be disabled for just one role, you it would need to turn off be disabled first at a global level and then turn turned on at for the required role levels apart from the role that you want it off forroles only. |
