Step-by-step guide

To View Site Statistics:

1. Log in to Customer Self Service as an administratorAdministrator.
2. Click on Statistics
3. Click on Usage StatisticsNavigate to 'Statistics' --> 'Usage Statistics'.
4. Select the statistic type
5. Select your date range
6. Click Show Statistics

1. 'Report Type' via the drop-down.

2. Set the required date range.
3. Click the 'Show Statistics' button.

Once the data has been successfully extracted, the option exists to download it to a CSV file; simply click the 'CSV Download' button.
