For all modes, to enable approval by email, this the setting must be on enabled for the Customer account

To turn it on:

  1. Go to Customer Maintenance in the CMS or on your website.
  2. Use the Search tool to find the customer account.


  3. Select the customer account.
  4. Click the Customer Details tab.
  5. Tick Enable Email Approval
  6. If you want the approver to add a rejection reason, tick Required Comments on Email Order Rejection.


  7. Click OK.
