IN PROGRESSCreating and maintaining order templates allows users to save the contents of a current order as a template for future orders. An order template can then be copied partially, or entirely into a users current order at any future time.
Examples of order templates could be:
- Products that a user orders on a regular basis
- Products that a sales representative orders for a particular customer
An order templates exist in two types:
- Order Templates
- Company Templates
Order Templates
Using Order Templates:
- Navigate to the Order Templates page on the site. Usually this is under My Account or Orders. You will see any previously saved Templates.
- Select View on the Order Template you would like to use.
- Select Copy Items to Current Order or equivalent.
- A message will display that items have been added to your current cart.
- Navigate to the cart page to view the items that have copied to your current order.
