An advanced location solution can also be implemented for your site to include distribution warehouses in calculating product availability for the delivery mode. Let's say your business has stores, store warehouses and also regional distribution warehouses. The system can be configured so that distribution warehouses can be included as alternative or even default locations to the store or store warehouse, e.g., for stock availability reasons. When this is implemented, a distribution warehouse can be selected for a store in the Store Locator screen. This option is available for sites running 4.24+ and requires consultation with Commerce Vision. |
