You  may require Customer Self Service features a function whereby a copy of the order confirmation emails that is sent to the user when an order is integrated to be sent to your customer service area to inform them that an 'Order Confirmation' email can be sent to additional recipients (for example a Customer Service team), to advise that a new order has been placed and successfully integrated for processing. You .

Most site administrators will already be receiving an 'Order Placed' email which is generated when the order has been submitted online. Receiving a copy of the 'Order Confirmation' email is a popular option because the template contains information such as the ' Debtor Code ' and  ERP Sales Order Number. 

The email confirmation copy is enabled at the Role level.

Step-by-step guide

To set-up an email address or addresses per roleEnable 'Order Confirmation' Email Copies: 

  1. Log in to your site using the administrator roleFrom the as an Administrator.
  2. Navigate to 'Accounts' menu, select --> 'Role Management' (zRoles.aspx).
  3. Select the role that you require
    1. You can also search for a role if they not all displayed on the first page
    Once selected, you will be presented with a list of details about the role. 
  4. Then 'Modify' the role details by selecting the 'Modify' button at the top of the page
  5. You can then enter required role via radio button; the 'Role Details' tab will load.
  6. Click 'Modify'.
  7. Enter an email address into the 'CC Order Confirmation Email' field.
    • If multiple email addresses are required
    to be entered, they are to be separated by a semi-colon 
  8. When you have finished entering the email address, select 'OK' at the top of the page 
    1. If you make a mistake, you can select 'Cancel' which will cancel your any changes you have made
  9. Your changes have now been applied 
    • , separate them by semicolon (";").
  10. Click 'OK' to save.
