To Set Login Retry Limits:

  1. Login as an Administrator.
  2. Navigate to 'Settings' (In the CMS, navigate to Settings → Settings → General (on your website: /zSettings.aspx).

  3. Under In the heading section 'Login retry limits and lockouts is the setting ' in Login maximum retry count'. The number listed here is , enter the number of times a user can key in type an incorrect password before being locked out.
  4. To update the retry count, edit the number in the box, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'Update' button.
