Overview

The default customer Customer for a Website User is the initial customer Customer account that the User will be they are attached to when logging in.  This article details how to modify that default account code.The default Customer can be changed. 

Step-by-step guide

To Change change the Default default Customer Code for a User:

  1. Login as an Administrator.
  2. Navigate to 'Accounts' -->'User Maintenance' In the CMS, navigate to UsersAdvanced User Maintenance (on your site: Accounts → User Maintenance (/zUsers.aspx)).

  3. Search for the required User .Select the record via and select the radio button next to them.

  4. Click ' Change Default Customer'.

  5. The

    system will display the

    current default Customer Code

    is displayed. Enter the new Customer Code.

  6. Click 'Save'.

    2. In the Search box, enter one or more letters and numbers and click Search.

    3. Select the correct one. The Search box will close and the Customer Code will automatically display in the 'New Default Customer Code' field.

  2. To save the new default Customer Code, click Save.
