Customer Self Service uses a program called 'proledb' to import orders and receipts. 

To check the version of proledb:

To check what version of proledb you have, use F3 and then command on ERP and type:

prospl proledb -version

If you get the message:
 Image Removed

then you are on a version that precedes 2.01 (the version checking facility was created in 2.01).

Otherwise you will get the version number as follows:
