Question: On my customer's Order History page, I see an order that already has the status: Complete. Will this order disappear from the page and move to the Account Enquiry or Pay Accounts screen? If so, how long after an order is complete is it moved?

Answer: The Order History is a record of ALL orders and will always include completed orders. Pay Accounts is only for outstanding invoices. ;
