Overview

On occasion, Administrators may want to remove a user from the database completely. In this case, you can delete the user from applicationThis is done either in Website User Maintenance in the CMS or on the website in User Maintenance. Users with active orders cannot be deleted.

Tip

To turn off the Confirm step, on the website, go to Settings → General. Untick Show Confirm On Grid Delete/Remove.

Good to Know:

  • There is a system setting to toggle whether a confirmation is displayed when deleting a user. The setting is called 'Show Confirm On Grid Delete/Remove' and is found under the General Tab in System Settings.
