Customer Self Service features a password expiry date, which can be set to force a User to change their password.
Step-by-step guide
To Set the Password Expiry Date:
- Login as an Administrator.
- Navigate to 'Accounts' --> 'User Maintenance' (/zUsers.aspx).
- Search for the required User.
- Select the User via radio button.
- Click 'Modify'.
- Edit the value in the field labelled 'Password Expiry Date'.
- Click 'OK' to save.
If the 'Password Expiry Date' field isn't appearing on the User Maintenance page, contact support@commercevision.com.au to have it added.
