Braintree Payments deposit / partial payment integration

Allow users (by Role) to pay an initial deposit on checkout through the Braintree payment gateway instead of the total amount. Features include transaction tracking of partially paid orders in your Braintree control panel, setting minimum payment due at checkout, and allowing one or more further payments on such orders. Can suit a range of buying scenarios including special order item prepayments, deposits for pickup, and payment plans.
