A product that has been deleted in PRONTO may not get removed from CMS due to data field links from the CMS, such as product media and SEO URLs. Although this behaviour is expected, due to the "Preserve Data" flag on the integrator, it can confuse website administrators when they are performing category updates. We have configured an IsDeleted flag to preserve the product's data and acknowledge that it no longer exists in PRONTO, yet stop it from displaying.
