Overview

For sites not utilising using Live Pricing, it is important to note that Customer Self Service caches the calculated pricing for a customer and product in order to improve the overall performance of the site.

To Reset the Price Cache:

  1. Login as an Administrator.
  2. Navigate to 'Preferences' --> 'System Preferences' (/zPrefs.aspx)In the CMS, navigate to SettingsCache Management.

  3. Click the 'Tools' tab.On the 'Pricing Matrix' tab, click the 'Clear Pricing Data' button.

  4. A confirmation will display. The price cache has now been reset for all users.
