Overview
The Generic Email Notifications feature allows you to create customised email templates based on existing ones.
Step-by-Step
- Go to Settings → Feature Management → Content.

- Ensure Generic Email Notifications is enabled, then click Configure.
- Configure Generic Email Notification Settings.
- To enable this feature on your site, in General Settings, toggle ON Enable Generic Email Notifications.
- In Default Email Subject, enter a default email subject for

- In Notification Types, create a notification type, e.g., ....
- In Email Templates, .
- Do you want notification emails to the User to be sent from a specific email address? If you do, enter the email address in From Email Address. If left blank, the default send email address in the system will be used. (NOTE - you can set a Role as an Override for this setting if you prefer.)
- To save your settings, click Save or Save & Exit.
