To create a banner and target by device: 

1. Login to In the CMS. Navigate , navigate to Content -->  → Banners. 
2. Select a Banner Type. 
3. Click 'Add New Banner'. 
    
4. Populate the banner details as required. 
    
5. Set the 'Display For' value: 
   • All
   • Desktop 
   • Mobile
6. Click 'Save & Exit'.  

The Refresh the template cache will need to be refreshed in order to see the changes on the your website.

1. Login to In the CMS. Navigate , navigate to Settings -->  → Dictionary. 
2. Tick the 'Templates' option and click 'Refresh Cache'. 
3. A confirmation message will display when complete. 
4. Refresh your web page using CTRL + F5 - the banner(s) should now display on the appropriate devices.
