Step-by-step guide
To set-up the Customer for Mandatory or Optional Order Reference Entryupdate the 'Mandatory Order Reference' flag for a Customer:
- Login as an administratorAdministrator.
- Go to the customer maintenance page
- Enter the account/customer code, click enter and select the customer in the results
- Click the Customer Details tab
- Click Modify
- Check or uncheck the "Is Order Reference Mandatory" checkbox as neededNavigate to 'Accounts' --> 'Customer Maintenance'.
- Search for the required Account Code.
- Select the customer record via radio button.
- Click the 'Customer Details' tab.
- Click 'Modify'.
- Set the value of the 'Is Order Reference Mandatory' flag as required.
