How do I migrate the Commerce Vision Integrator?

There may be an occasion where the Commerce Vision Integrator needs to be moved from one PC to another.

Step-by-step guide

To move the Integrator:

1. You need to stop the Integrator for all Instances, by pressing the Stop All button.
2. You need to note what version of the Integrator you are running, this is in the bottom left corner of the Integrator screen.
3. Once the Integrator is no longer running, you can move it.
4. In Computer you need to navigate to C:\Program Files\Commerce Vision or C:\Program Files (x86)\Commerce Vision (this depends on what operating system you are running)
5. You can then copy the Commerce Vision directory to the new computer
6. You will have to make sure that you give Commerce Vision Support updated connection details, so that we can access the Integrator if need be.
7. Contact Commerce Vision Support for a Setup file for the version that you noted above.
8. We will either supply you with a link to download the Setup file or supply the file.
9. Once you have the file, you need to run it, this will install everything correctly.
10. At this point you should be able to run the Integrator on the new PC.
