Release Notes for Customer Self Service

The new CMS Scripts & Styles editor enables you to create and edit JavaScript or Style Sheet files directly in CMS without having to upload a new file every time they make a change.

Tell at a glance if a page uses a script or style customisation rather than trolling through countless HTML Snippets to find which one runs a script.

When you have a top-level category that contains same-level products and sub-categories, you can edit the products by hovering over the category options button and selecting Products.

Drill-down into the category by clicking its name to view and edit sub-categories.

In Product Maintenance, if you wanted to add a video to a product definition, we prompted you to enter a Video URL or Video ID. In the interests of succinct and consistent messaging, we have reduced the field prompt to Video ID.

But don't panic if your product definitions currently contain URLs; you can enter the ID, DxNnlouTmJ0, or the URL, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DxNnlouTmJ0. Both will work; it's only the prompt that has changed.

Previously, a user-created script or style at the bottom of the list was missing the Delete function as an option. This has been fixed.

A recent code change caused attachments uploaded via the Order Documents widget to become unavailable to the user once the order integrated to PRONTO. This has been fixed.

We tweaked the logic behind the add all to cart button so that it no longer accidently adds the recently viewed products to the cart also when it is view on product list pages

When you add or edit an article, you can now click a Save button to remain on the page after saving instead of having to Save & Exit.

Adding a Customer Code to a user now adds all applicable catalogues (not just default), regardless of whether the Customer is added via UserMaintenance.aspx or zUser.aspx.

In certain scenarios, child products (variants) couldn't be added to the user's cart from a zoned product detail page. The CopyProduct Variants Widget has been updated to correct this, now taking into account the system setting for add to cart mode for child products.

Previously, when entering content via a WYSISYG textbox for a simple page, media files or links added via the Insert menu item were not always saved. This has been fixed.

The Order Confirmation Address B2C widget has been updated to include an option to show an additional address field. When enabled, a new line will be inserted as the first address field, bringing this widget into line with the Delivery Address B2C widget.

The Email Order Address widget has also been updated with this option, so that the complete address will be rendered in order confirmation emails to the user.

Flyer Creator has been updated to accept a wider range of image file types for the customer logo. Accepted extensions are: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .tiff, .tif.

Where users employed the browser's autofill functionality to complete Address details on their order, not all of the autofill content was saved. This has been fixed.

Address validation was not being triggered when users completed address fields via the browser's autocomplete function. A change has been made to correct this.

A change has been made to speed up the Suburb + Postcode validation during checkout.

Users applying Gift Card balances to their orders at checkout were previously unable to pay the balance of the order using Afterpay. This has now been fixed and users can now submit orders with mixed payment types, with the Afterpay tab updating to take into account the new order balance due.

The CopyCheckout Payment Options Widget has been updated to include Afterpay Outro Text (to be displayed at the bottom of the Afterpay payment tab at checkout).

The button label for the 3rd party installment submit button has also been updated to use a placeholder. The {0} will be replaced with the name of the payment provider (eg "Pay with Afterpay"), and the widget option now has a tooltip to make this clearer.

Column headings and row data were not aligned previously for order lines in Order History. This has been corrected.
