Overview
For multisite control, administrator roles on CMS Administrators of the deploying site can lock campaigns, or individual objects in a campaign, then deploy these locked statuses to the destination sites. CMS Users on of these sites also cannot will not be able to add, edit or delete a locked object. If a whole campaign is locked, none of its objects can be changed.
When locking the Content Lock feature is enabled, locked/unlocked buttons appear against lock toggles display on lockable objects. The locked button automatically displays for locked campaigns. Unlocked buttons display only on hoverA locked toggle is always displayed when a campaign is locked. If not set, the toggle displays only when the user hovers over the space.

What can be locked?
A whole campaign
When a campaign is locked, users who are not Content Administrators/Administrators without the Content Administrator/Administrator role or are on deployed sites can view a campaign's details but cannot edit or delete it.
Deploy a Campaign
- On the Campaigns page, click on the locked campaign to deploy it. Or click Deploy at the top of the page.
- Hover over Options and select the Deploy option.
- Select one or more deployable campaigns.
- Click Next.
- Select valid site(s) to deploy the campaign(s) to.
- Click Next.
- Review the deployment details, then click Deploy.
- Check whether deployment was successful.
