By default, each item you add to a section menu will inherit the role permissions of the parent. However, you can restrict this access further if reqqujired.
- Select the section menu you wish to edit.
- For the menu item you wish to edit, go to Options → Associated Roles.
- You'll see all the menus and their roles, each wioth a toggle. It's here that you can toggle off the ones you don't want to apply to this menu item.
- Save.
Displaying a section menu on the web

To do this, you'll need a Section Menu widget.
- Navigate to Content → Page Templates and select the required template (for example, the Theme Layout for the footer, or another page template to display in content area).
- Find the right location on the page for your menu and click Add Widget.
- Search for and select Section Menu widget and click Add Widget.
- Select the section menu from the dropdown in the widget edit window.
Alternatively, you can display a section menu as part of the Mega Menu.
