The system gives the functionality Customer Self Service allows site administrators to login as any of your customer's userssite user. This is particularly useful when verifying special customer settings, attempting to replicate a user error, or providing other user-specific assistance.

How to login as one of my customer's users:

To Login as a Customer:
- Navigate to the Login page of the website (/login.aspx).
- Enter the email address or user name of the user to log in asrequired customer.
- For the password, enter Enter your site's 'Global Password.You will now be logged in as the user' (see How do I set up or change the global password? for further information).
- Hit 'Enter' or click 'Login'.
