Customer Self Service allows site administrators to login as any site user. This is particularly useful when verifying special customer settings, attempting to replicate a user error, or providing other user-specific assistance.
Step-by-step guide
To Login as a Customer:
- Navigate to the Login page of the website (/login.aspx).
- Enter the email address or user name of the required customer.
- Enter your site's 'Global Password' (see How do I set up or change the global password? for further information).
- Hit 'Enter' or click 'Login'.
