Customer Self Service allows site administrators to login as any of your customer's userssite user. This is particularly useful when verifying special customer settings, attempting to replicate a user error, or providing other user-specific assistance.

To Login as a Customer:
- Navigate to the Login page of the website (/login.aspx).
- Enter the email address or user name of the user to log in asrequired customer.
- For the password, enter Enter your site's 'Global Password.You will now be logged in as the user' (see Global password for further information).
- Hit 'Enter' or click 'Login'.
