Use the Report Generator to create reports on products, stock, payments, and receipts. Link to the Report Subscription to automatically run and email reports to select users.

1. | Access the Report Generator from the CMS | |

3. | Either path will bring up the Report Generator list of report templates. | By default, the system will Show Active Reports only. You can tick the checkbox next to Show Inactive Reports to display all reports in the system. |
4. | Let's run a Regional Trials Levy Report | You can scroll through the list or type part of the name into the Report Search field. |
5. | Click Run Report next to the report name. | |
6. | Type a meaningful name into the Report Name Field | |
7. | Select the teams for which you want to see the levy payment. | You can select a specific team by clicking the drop-down. We are going to product a report for all teams, so we will leave the Regional Trial Start and End fields blank. |
8. | Determine how you want to group the output | From the drop-down list, select the field by which to group the data. For this report, we choose Regional Trial. |
9. | Determine how you want to sort the output | From the drop-down list, select the field by which to sort the data. For this report, we will sort it by District, by Sport and Age (team), by Name. |
10. | Click Generate | When happy with the report parameters, click Generate. The system will save the CSV file as our report name. |
11. | Open the CSV file | |
12. | Some reports are not configured for subscription. | The system will display a message if the report is not configured for subscription. |
13. | Click Subscribe to configure the report to automatically run and email recipients. | When you subscribe a report, you set it up to email the contents to a select number of users. |
