A Warning Note added in Customer Maintenance is now also displayed in CMS to staff adding a new user to the customer and to approvers reviewing a B2B user's self-registration. The popup note can contain any relevant information such as business rules that apply to the customer, default user budget limits, settings that should not be modified, etc.
