Field prompts in Customer Self Service can be changed using the Dictionary tool.

 

Step-by-step guide

To change a CSS field prompt:

  1. In the CMS, navigate to Settings → Dictionary.
  2. In the TableName field, enter the name of the table your prompt is found in. See below for common tables.
  3. Click 'Define'.
  4. Search for the required field.
  5. Click 'Modify' and update the prompt as desired. 
  6. Click 'OK'.
  7. At the top of the page, select System Control and Templates via checkbox.

  8. Click 'RefreshCache' to update the website's cache.
