Options → Associated Roles
This displays all the top level menus and the Roles that are linked to them.
By default, new section menus are linked to ALL menu codes. You can toggle off the ones you don't want right here.
Displaying a section menu on the web
Once you've created or edited your section menu, you'll probably want to display it on your site.
To do this, you'll need a Section Menu widget.
Place widget on the required page template (Theme Layout for the footer, or another page template to display in content area..).
Select the section menu from the dropdown in the widget edit window.
