A user can have a password expiry date set to force the user to change their password.

Step-by-step guide

To change the Password Expiry Date:

  1. Log in to the site as User Administrator.
  2. Load User Maintenance.
  3. Load the User you want to change.
  4. In the User Details will be the field Password Expiry Date.
  5. Click Modify.
  6. Change the date.
  7. Save the record.
