A user's account can become locked if they fail to login a number of times.

When this happens, you can unlock their account by following this procedure

To Unlock a User's Account:

  1. Navigate to the User Maintenance Page
  2. Search for the user account that needs to be unlocked
  3. Click Modify to edit the user details
  4. Change the Deactivate User Account flag so that it is not checked
  5. Click OK to save the user

You can also change the user's password on this same screen if the user has forgotten their password
