Customer Self Service caches the pricing that is calculated for a customer and a product in order to improve the overall performance of the site.
The cache time defaults to 30 minutes. Follow this process if you need to clear the price cache to ensure prices displayed are based on the latest integrated data.
Step-by-step guide
To Reset the Price Cache:
- Login as an Administrator.
- Navigate to 'Preferences' --> 'System Preferences' (zPrefs.aspx).
- Click the 'Tools' tab.
- On the 'Pricing Matrix' tab, click the 'Clear Pricing Data' button.
