Once a report has been created in Customer Self Service, it can be run to extract specific information from the database.
Step-by-step guide
To Run a Report:
- Log in as an Administrator.
- Navigate to 'Reporting → Run Reports (/ReportRun.aspx)
- Select the 'System Reports' or 'User Reports' tab as required.
- Click the Run button for the report.
- Set the report criteria.
- Click Generate.
Once a report has been run, there are various options within Customer Self Service for handling the data. Report data can be printed, downloaded to CSV file, or emailed as a CSV attachment. See Generate a Report.
