1. Login as an Administrator.
   
   
2. Navigate to 'Settings' → 'Settings' (/zSettings.aspx).
   
   
3. Click the 'Orders' tab tab. 
   
   
4. Click the 'Web Discounts' tab tab.
   
   
5. Click 'New' in the 'Web Discounts' table to create a new discount, or click 'Modify' to edit an existing one.
   
   
6. Update the values as required for:
   1. Customer Code
   2. Stock Group
   3. Discount Percent
   4. Action - Append or Override
      
      
7. Click 'OK' to  to save.

For Customer Code and Stock Group you can use the percent (%) wild-card to select more than one customer code, for example:
