Overview

The File Manager in CMS lets you manage documents and image files used on your web pages. You can upload, download and delete files as you wish. Like in a mini image editing app, you can also resize, crop and apply filters to your image files directly in File Manager. 

File Manager is accessed from your CMS navigation menu. 

  1. Navigate to Content → File Manager. 



  2. File Manager opens in a popup window so you don't have to navigate away from the content you're working on.


File Manager Functions

  • Upload multiple files, including drag and drop from your local directory to the CMS

  • Create folders

  • Rename files and folders (versions 3.97+)

  • Delete files & folders

  • Download files to your PC

  • View files in List or Thumbnail modes

  • Cut / Copy / Paste files and folders (versions 3.97+)

  • Edit images - Crop, resize, flip, and more.
