On Integration of 'Product Notes', the following PRONTO tables will be integrated, triggered by change events for each table:

ColloquialNames (in Settings - General). blank = turned off/not sent.  Only first 20 characters of value sent. If Send All, fields not updated with new value are cleared/re-set. 

 

 

Integrating All vs Changed: The 'Product Notes' date stamp comes from the stock master record. The value of stk-date-last-change or stk-creation-date is to be greater than or equal to the last sent date of 'Product Notes'.
