Once a report has been created in Customer Self Service, it can be run to extract specific information from the database.

Step-by-step guide

To Run a Report:

  1. Log in as an Administrator.
  2. Navigate to 'Reporting → Run Reports (/ReportRun.aspx)
  3. Select the 'System Reports' or 'User Reports' tab as required.
  4. Click the Run button for the report.
  5. Set the report criteria.
  6. Click Generate.


Once a report has been run, there are various options within Customer Self Service for handling the data.  Report data can be printed, downloaded to CSV file, or emailed as a CSV attachment. See Generate a Report.
