This guide helps you create a simple report to find all B2B users awaiting approval when Auto Part Registration is enabled. 

Step-by-step Guide

1. Create

Report Field Groups

In order to create a new report, you first need to create report field groups. 

Report Field Groups form the criteria for a report. They specific: 

  • What information you want – this is the 'Select Field Group' (Mandatory).
  • In what case you want to get it – this is the 'Search Field Group'.
  • In what order you want it displayed – this is the 'Sort By Field Group'.
  • How the information should be grouped – this is the 'Group By Field Group'.
To create a

a User Report Field Group

To create this Report Field Group:

  1. On your websiteAs Website Admin, go to Reports Design → Report Field Groups (zReportFieldGroup.aspx).

  2. Click New.

  3. In Report Field Group Code, enter: User

  4. In Report Field Group Name, enter User (or any meaningful name).

  5. Click OK.

Add Email Address Field

    1. While in the User Report Field Group, click Fields.

    2. Click New.
    Select the required
    1. In Table
    , a heading for the column, and the required field.
    Example:  a field group that displays all product codes:
  1. Table - Product
  2. Heading - Product Code
  3. Field – Product Code
    Click OK.
    Repeat Steps 7-9 as required
    1. Name, select User.

    2. In Column Heading, enter Email Address.
       
    3. In Report Field Group Code, select User (or the name you entered when creating the Report Field Group).

    4. In Field Name, enter: emailaddress

    5. Leave the other fields as is, thn click OK.

2. Create Report

3. Add Date Created field

  1. While in the User Report Field Group, click Fields.

  2. Click New.

  3. In Table Name, select User.

  4. In Column Heading, enter Date Created.
     
  5. In Report Field Group Code, select User (or the name you entered when creating the Report Field Group).

  6. In Field Name, enter: fwCreated

  7. Tick Expression.

  8. Leave the other fields as is, thn click OK.

4. Create Report

  1. Go to StatisticsReports Design →  Report Design (zReportDesign.aspx).

  2. Click New.

  3. Populate the fields as requiredEnter in these fields:

    1. Report Code: a report code, e.g., UserstoApprove
    2. Report Name:
    3. Report Code - MyReport
    4. Report Name - My Report
    5. Table – Producta report name, e.g., Users to Approve
    6. Report Group: ADMIN
    7. Table: Name: [user]  
    8. Where Clause: deactivated = 1 AND IsAutoPartRegistrationCreated = 1
    9. Select Field Group - myReportSelect: user

  4. To save, click OK.

5. Run Report

Go to Reports → Run Reports and follow the prompts.

The report can be run in the CMS.  

  1. In the CMS, go to: EcommerceReportingRun Reports

  2. Find the report and click Run.

  3. Click Generate.

  4. The report will list any users awaiting approval.
