Overview

The Product Restrictions feature enables product availability rules for specific bill-to/customer accounts to be configured online rather than integrated from the ERP. A rule either includes or excludes one or more products based on entering:

  • product codes

  • partial product codes plus a wildcard charater (*) for multiple products (masking)

  • product/stock groups codes

  • warehouse (stock location) codes.

When a product is excluded for a customer account, it will not be displayed on your website for the account's users.

To check whether a product is currently available or restricted for a customer account, use the Product Restriction Enquiry page.
