Overview

The Deploy feature allows CMS administrators to publish content from one CSS website to other CSS websites in their network. Target sites must be on the same version as the deploying site. Once implemented, administrators can enable/disable the feature as needed.

  • Lockable objects that are in locked status
    • Pages and templates
    • Layouts
    • Articles
    • Banners
    • Widgets
  • Unlockable objects
    • Product details
    • Category details
    • Role settings
    • Section menu items

Step-by-step

Enable/disable Deploy

  1. In the CMS, go to Settings → Settings → Content → Linked Sites.


  2. Toggle ON/OFF Linked Sites.

  3. When enabled, Deploy buttons or links will display for deployable objects. (NOTE - For Role and menu deployment, see: Deploy Role and menus.)

Deploy lockable objects

A lockable object must be in locked status to be deployable. A non-lockable object must be saved
