Customer Self Service Site Statistics contain information about various aspects of website usage. This data is easily accessed by the site administrator. 

Step-by-step guide

To View Site Statistics:

  1. Log in as an Administrator.
  2. Navigate to 'Statistics' --> 'Usage Statistics'.
  3. Select the statistic 'Report Type' via the drop-down.

  4. Set the required date range.
  5. Click the 'Show Statistics' button.

 

Once the data has been successfully extracted, the option exists to download it to a CSV file; simply click the 'CSV Download' button.
