Overview

The default Customer for a Website User is the initial Customer account that they are attached to when logging in. The default Customer can be changed. 

Step-by-step guide

To change the default Customer Code for a User:

  1. In the CMS, navigate to UsersAdvanced User Maintenance (on your site: Accounts → User Maintenance (/zUsers.aspx)).

  2. Search for the User and select the radio button next to them.

  3. Click Change Default Customer.
  4. The current default Customer Code is displayed. Enter the new Customer Code.

     

    1. Click .

    2. In the Search box, enter one or more letters and numbers and click Search.


    3. Select the correct one. The Search box will close and the Customer Code will automatically display in the 'New Default Customer Code' field.

  5. To save the new default Customer Code, click Save.
