Overview
The default Customer for a Website User is the initial Customer account that they are attached to when logging in. The default Customer can be changed.
Step-by-step guide
To change the default Customer Code for a User:
- In the CMS, navigate to Users → Advanced User Maintenance (on your site: Accounts → User Maintenance (/zUsers.aspx)).
- Search for the User and select the radio button next to them.
- Click Change Default Customer.
The current default Customer Code is displayed. Enter the new Customer Code.
- To save the new default Customer Code, click Save.
