What Commerce Vision requires in order to get Integrator installed:
 

Remote Access
  • Direct Remote access to Integrator Server / PC.
  • Windows VPN (preferred method)
  • Other VPN (e.g. Cisco, Citrix, Log Me In)

NOTE - Team Viewer is NOT supported.



Integrator Requirements

The integrator hardware consists of a computer that resides on your internal network with a connection to your ERP  both PRONTO server and the Internet. Its purpose is to synchronise data between your ERP PRONTO and the Web Server.

  • PC or Server (Virtual Machine or a Physical Machine)
  • This cannot be using Terminal Services
  • It may be OK to be used for other stand alone purposes but the server will need to be set to Brisbane Time Zone for data-synchronization - which means it might not be suitable for other programs like Exchange Servers etc. Discuss with your consultant if in doubt.
  • The software needs to be installed on a Solid State Drive (SSD Drive), with a minimum 256GB for local data available.
    •  Images can be stored or accessed on an alternate drive attached to this machine, with more disk space (i.e. Standard HDD or Network Drive or NAS).



Software and Account Access
  • Operating Systems supported - Windows 10+, Windows Server 2019+
    • The integrator requires .NET 4.7.2 to be installed
    • Windows Server platforms (2019+) require Framework 3.5 and 4/4.5 to be enabled in the ASP.NET Feature
  • A named user (ie. commvisi) with local administrator access. (Required to install the integrator software and access to the Computer Services console)

    • If user password is set to expire periodically, please provide a service account that doesn't expire as the application runs as a service and will require a working account at all times.

If you want to lock your firewall down to Commerce Vision's outgoing IP, these details are available on request.

Processor

  • PC platform                   i7 processor with a clock speed (non-turbo) of 3.0 GHz or above
  • Server platform             Xeon processor with a clock speed (non-turbo) of 3.0 GHz or above

1-8 Integration sites

  • Minimum CPU Cores   4
  • Recommended           16 GB RAM (physical)
  • Recommended           12 GB to 24GB (dynamic RAM for virtual machine)

8 + Sites

  • Minimum CPU Cores   8
  • Recommended           32 GB RAM (physical)
  • Recommended           16 GB to 32GB (dynamic RAM for virtual machine)
