Customer Self Service has the ability to change the Available Quantity Calculation to be the same as your ERP System.
Step-by-step guide
To set-up the availability calculation method
- Log in as an Administrator.
- Navigate to 'Settings'.
- Click the 'Orders' tab.
- In the 'Current Order Display' tab, you will see 'Available Qty. Calculation'.
- You then can pick the Quantity Calculation to be the same as in your ERP System.
Abbreviations Used
QOH = Qty on Hand
CO = Current Orders
BO = Back Orders
FCT = Factory Orders
FO = Forward Orders
