Commerce Vision has partnered? with Braintree, a Paypal-owned payments processing gateway that prioritises web and mobile payments. Their payment solution offers a number of features that benefit ecommerce businesses and their customers: 


  • It provides multiple payment options within a single secure, stable gateway. Your customers can use credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners), Paypal, as well as a digital wallet such as Apple Pay and Google Pay to cater for mobile payments.
  • Many different payment types can be tokenised (saved) for future ready access. This makes it easy to handle recurring and subscription orders, encourages opt-in purchases and improves mobile conversion rates 
  • All accepted payment reporting is managed though one console, the Braintree Control Panel. This minimises the need to access multiple provider accounts to check transactions.

The Braintree gateway has been integrated into the Customer Self Service eCommerce Platform as an out-of-the-box feature for sites on 4.30+. We have made switching on Braintree a simple, easy to configure CMS-enabled feature. This means that providing you have a Braintree account, you can immediately offer the Braintree-supported payment options to customers without the hassle and cost of implementing one or more custom solutions. We have also added the Braintree payments tab of the checkout page to maximise customer checkout experience.  Regardless of which payment your customer chooses, all Braintree-supported options are displayed under one payment tab during checkout.
