Widget Use

Renders the approval options for orders which can't be submitted directly, but must first be submitted for approval within the user's organisation.

Where can the Widget be placed?

The widget can be used in the following templates:

  • Checkout Template
  • Checkout Quote Template
  • PayPal Express Template

Layer

The layer the widget is valid for.

The layering technology allows for the content to be shown to specific audiences.

This is handy if the content is only valid for a certain type of user, or if the same widget is required for more than one audience, but different configuration is needed.

The widget can be added to the zone more than once and the layer feature can determine which audience can see each widget.

The heading text displayed at the top of the widget.

Single Option PromptThe prompt text displayed when the user can select their own approver from a list of options.Default is: Select Single ApproverAll
Multi Option PromptThe prompt text displayed when the user can select multiple approvers from a list of options.Default is: Select Approver(s)All
Fixed Option PromptThe text displayed when the approver has been automatically selected and cannot be changed.Default is: Selected Approver(s)All

No Selection Allowed Auto SelectedThe message displayed to indicate that the approver(s) or approval group has been successfully auto-selected for the order.
